Owner Aldwyn Boscawen established Aldwyn & Sons when he was unable to find a place for a pedicure himself. His Fitzrovia salon now houses London’s first space dedicated solely to manicures and pedicures for men. The interior is old school, with burnished leather chairs and dark painted walls lending a distinctively masculine feel. There are three treatments including the ‘Gentlemen and Scholar’, which combines manicure and pedicure, and includes exfoliation and moisturising, as well as a luxurious foot massage.

GEO F. TRUMPER
Long established as one of London’s finest barbershops, Geo F. Trumper offers discreet private booths for manicures and pedicures. The salon’s wood-panelled interior gives it a pleasingly old-world feel, while glass-fronted cases with rows of fancy aftershave bottles fill the room with hypnotising scents. For a no-frills mani-pedi, try Seven Garçons in Putney. It’s primarily a barbershop (a good one at that) but it now stretches to men’s nail care. The interior is dark and refined, and its prices are more competitive than you’ll find in the centre of town. Pedicures are offered in a private room, with a senior manicurist and an option for a soothing foot massage.
