Hacha Bar

Deano Moncreiffe and Emma Murphy opened agave bar Hacha in Dalston last year, showcasing 25 tequilas, mezcals and lesser-known agave spirits. The bar fast became popular for its agave flights and one particular signature serve, the ‘Mirror Margarita’. Now this cocktail can be delivered in a 50cl bottle – equal to four large serves. Empirical Spirits – a distillery in Copenhagen – has brought out two canned cocktails. Can 01 leads with the acidity of gooseberry coupled with the smooth notes of milk oolong tea and the mild sweetness of toasted birch. Can 02 offers notes of walnut, zesty sour cherry, aromatic blackcurrant buds and lemony maqaw pepper. Sour and delicious.
