Hanley was one of the few to spend time with the band over the course of 30 years and his pictures showcase his close relationship with them – from their humble beginnings to images shot in the Apple offices shortly before their breakup. Yoko Ono Lennon has even given permission to include a few of Tommy’s iconic shots of John Lennon from her private collection.
