Then he struck out on his own. Just eight months later, Da Terra won a Michelin star. Last year, it won a second and the Bethnal Green favourite – which celebrates Raf’s Brazilian-Italian heritage – is now rightly considered one of the best restaurants in London. Raf sat down with SLMan to talk about his business journey, favourite places to eat and what success means to him.
