Head chef Giovann Attard has teamed up with chefs Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Jozef Rogulski, Olivia Cavalli, Danilo Cortellini – as well as TikTok star Giuseppe Federici – to create a range of five-course Sicilian menus. From Saturday 30th September to Sunday 1st October, 20 of the UK’s best hot air balloon pilots will set off from Cheltenham for a race of distance and endurance, competing for The Royal Aero Club’s prestigious 300-year-old trophy. Spectators can watch the action from various viewing spots across Gloucestershire, as well as online if you’re not local. Look out for the Audi team in an eco-balloon, led by pilot Richard Penney.
