Luso is where consultant chef Leandro Carreira (ex-The Sea, The Sea) and head chef Kimberly Hernandez have created a menu inspired by the country’s Atlantic coast. The interiors have been softened, with a long counter at the heart of the action, and the food is a mix of elegant small plates and larger sharing dishes. Think clams with garlic and coriander, lobster pastry rolls, salt-baked sea bass, and slow-cooked Iberico suckling pig. Over 250 pieces are on show, from early stencil experiments to large-scale installations from 2015’s *Dismaland*. Alice Birch’s new play explores how male narratives have shaped the world since the 19th century. It’s the kind of bold, provocative concept Birch does best. The star of *Romans: A Novel* is Kyle Soller, in his first stage role since *Andor*. The new address also houses a private dining space and bar, with interiors inspired by South African craft traditions.
