Nail the venue and the food will be taken care of for you. Choose the guests carefully and the conversation will look after itself. Like those two, it’s a private members club – this one featuring a Japanese-inspired listening bar and an izakaya – but its ground-floor Italian-American restaurant is open to everyone. Alongside some classic comfort dishes like meatballs in tomato sauce with focaccia, there are lighter options such as kingfish crudo.
