The King’s Cross Mind Your Brain wellness series returns to help you ease into 2025. Blokes are invited to recharge and open up about their mental health in dedicated men-only saunas and cold plunge pools – known for boosting both physical and mental health. The Manday sessions take place every Monday at 10am and 2pm for 50 minutes. Tickets are £9, with £1 from the sale of each ticket being donated to CALM, the suicide prevention and helpline service for anyone struggling or in crisis. There are plenty of other activities to get involved with, including hot yoga, ice tanks and ‘Sunday best’ sessions.

The battle to London’s best smash burger rages on, and Honest Burgers has stepped into the ring with a new site dedicated entirely to the dish. The menu is led by the ‘Smash Cheese’ featuring two smashed patties topped with cheddar, with the ‘Smash Bacon’ offering a crispy upgrade, and there’s also a plant-based spin on the classic. And there are plenty of sides – loaded fries, rosemary chips and chicken tenders – to satiate.

Raffles Jazz Nights
Raffles London at The OWO is launching some live music sessions that promise to provide an elegant soundtrack to your evenings. At Saison, the French Riviera-inspired restaurant from Mauro Colagreco, Fridays will come alive with the soulful sounds of solo guitarist and singer Nils Solberg. From 7.30pm every Friday until 21st March, Nils will present his unique spin on gipsy jazz and The Great American Songbook. Meanwhile, in the hotel’s Drawing Room, there will be intimate live music from January to June, featuring jazz duo Neal Richardson and Miles Danso. From 5pm, their performances will pair nicely with snacks and signature cocktails or the full à la carte menu.
