ADMIRE ART & ARCHITECTURE HERE: Barbican

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city this weekend and walk amongst the impressive architectural surroundings of the Barbican centre and its Brutalist estate. Along with the familiar residential towers, you can witness the serenity of the lakeside terrace and walk alongside the original London Wall. Described as providing visitors with a ‘new perspective’, this tour gives an insight into the design of the estate that weaves through the expansive grounds like a concrete jungle. This is most definitely an atypical yet remarkable location for a Sunday stroll.
