Marylebone’s Carousel is known for its unique rotating cast of chefs from around the world. Right now, it’s the menus that are rotating. Lasting a couple of weeks at a time, its ‘Greatest Hits’ packages are collections of its best dishes from the last five years. First up, it’s a Mexican menu, with Asia, the Med and the States all in the queue for the spotlight. You can eat in, get the dishes delivered, or even have a chef come and cook them for you in your own kitchen.
DIVE INTO A DRIVE-IN: ROOFTOP FILM CLUB
Rooftop Film Club is hosting a drive-in cinema at Alexandra Palace, showing recent blockbusters alongside older favourites. Tickets for this weekend’s showings are still available, with Fight Club, If Beale Street Could Talk and ET all on the agenda. Street food vendor Popdogs is serving up American classics alongside popcorn and soft drinks. Tickets are £29.50 for a car of four.
BRING THE BAR TO YOU: COCKTAIL CRUISER
Liberation Cocktails has launched a Cocktail Cruiser. With Aperol spritzes, espresso martinis and mojitos on its taps, the van delivers around London, with drinks poured on arrival at your doorstep. For £90, the van (and its bartender) can be hired exclusively for half an hour.
