The Best Tennis Courts In London
The Hurlingham Club, Fulham
This prestigious tennis club dates back to the 1800s and its patrons include Prince Charles and Prince Philip. With its lush green surrounding and 42 acres of land, the club has a whopping eight-year waiting list. But besides boasting 30 of the best outdoor courts in the UK (and three indoor courts), you can also dine in their restaurant, have cocktails at their in-house bar and take advantage of their busy social calendar. As you’ve probably guessed, this doesn’t come cheap – beyond the extensive wait list, the cost to be a member creeps into the thousands.
