The kits, which feed two, come with a step-by-step guide on how to heat and assemble each. Choose from three mains – coastal chicken curry, lamb rogan josh or mixed vegetable moilee – to go alongside basmati rice, tadka dal, kale saag aur makai, fresh kachumber salad, fresh naan, and poppadums with mango chutney and mixed pickles. To finish, diners can also enjoy sweetened gram flour pearls with saffron – a traditional Indian treat. Kits cost £68 and are available for nationwide delivery.

WATCH THIS: The Mauritanian

Directed by Kevin Macdonald and based on the bestselling memoir Guantánamo Diary by Mohamedou Ould Slahi, this is the inspiring story of Slahi’s fight for freedom after being detained and imprisoned without charge by the US government. Alone and afraid, Slahi (Tahar Rahim) finds allies in defence attorney Nancy Hollander (Jodie Foster) and her associate Teri Duncan (Shailene Woodley) who battle the government in a fight for justice that tests their commitment to the law and their client at every turn. Their controversial advocacy, along with evidence uncovered by a formidable military prosecutor, Lt Colonel Stuart Couch (Benedict Cumberbatch), uncovers shocking truths and ultimately proves that the human spirit cannot be locked up.
