EAT WELL AT HOME: Benares Finish-At-Home Kits
Michelin-starred Benares has just launched a trio of finish-at-home kits, so you can recreate its signature Indian dishes in your kitchen. The kits, which feed two, come with a step-by-step guide on how to heat and assemble each. Choose from three mains – coastal chicken curry, lamb rogan josh or mixed vegetable moilee – to go alongside basmati rice, tadka dal, kale saag aur makai, fresh kachumber salad, fresh naan, and poppadums with mango chutney and mixed pickles. To finish, diners can also enjoy sweetened gram flour pearls with saffron – a traditional Indian treat. Kits cost £68 and are available for nationwide delivery.

On Monday 12th April, Blackhorse Beer Mile opens its doors. Set to be the UK’s biggest beer hall, the new destination is home to Signature Brew, Wild Card Brewery, Exale and Truman’s Social Club. It documents travel snapper Christopher Wilton-Steer’s journey along the historic Silk Road trade route, travelling 40,000km through 16 countries by car, bus, train, ferry, horse and camel from London to Beijing.
