On Friday 17th and Saturday 18th September, Camden hosts its first Inspire Street Festival. Take a look at street art in the new Camden Open Air Gallery; check out a film screening at Camden Collective; or watch street performances around the Lock. There’s also live music, plus street food from Ma Petite Jamaica and Lost Boys Pizza. A day out the whole family can enjoy.

HAVE A LAUGH: Cards Against Humanity At Roof East

Roof East in Stratford is hosting Cards Against Humanity quizzes every Wednesday night. You’ll be able to challenge your mates and put together hilarious sentences with a series of cards. Each week, the winners will receive a VIP Roof East experience, complete with tokens for games, and food and drink for two. Once you’ve decided who’s the most outrageous, hit the bowling alley, crazy golf range and baseball cages, then tuck into burgers or Indian street food, with craft beers.

The Boxing House has opened an outpost in Camden. Forget boxing-inspired classes – this is the real deal. Technique-led sessions take place in one of two bespoke, double-boarded boxing rings, overseen by pro coach Adam Booth. Suitable for all fitness and skill levels, this is the spot for serious boxing. Start with a fundamentals boxing class, then hone your skills, perfect your footwork and build fitness levels. Rumour has it a Tower Bridge club is also in the pipeline.

Gravity Wandsworth has just opened its doors. Behind them lie eight immersive experiences set over three floors. Take a spin on the electric go-kart racetrack, go bowling on a 14-lane AR alley, and challenge your mates to darts. TREAT YOURSELF: Game Season At Lyle’s, Shoreditch

Michelin-starred restaurant Lyle’s has created a set menu (£xpp) to celebrate British game coming into season. Available throughout autumn, the five-course menu includes game liver parfait with toasted milk bread, damson jelly and dehydrated blackcurrant; mallard with beefsteak mushrooms; pheasant with black cabbage and girolles; and grouse served with mushrooms and dried plums.

FEAST ON THIS: Dirty Dozen BBQ Competition At Signature Brew, Walthamstow

On Sunday 19th September, Signature Brew on Blackhorse Road hosts ‘The Dirty Dozen’ BBQ competition. Head to the brewery to try 24 pork dishes cooked by 12 top pros who are going head to head to win the ‘Grand Pork Chef’ title. The judges will decide whose BBQ is best, while you tuck into four plates of meat and a selection of Signature Brew beers. Tickets cost £27.50pp and all proceeds go to children’s charity Over the Rainbow – even more of a reason to get involved.
