The Theory Of Colour At Fitz's Bar

Fitz’s Bar at the swanky Kimpton Fitzroy London hotel has created a multi-sensory experience around its new cocktail menu. Inspired by Dutch artist Jan Davidsz de Heem’s ‘Vase of Flowers’, The Theory of Colour invites guests to choose their favourite piece of art in the bar then illuminate the hidden meaning behind their selection with a UV light pen. This will unlock a cocktail menu which includes 14 drinks inspired by de Heem. You can also order bar snacks like truffle fries, rock oysters with tabasco and quail scotch eggs.
