Sakura Season at Koyn

Koyn is the modern Japanese restaurant from Samyukta and Dinesh Nair – the duo behind Jamavar and MiMi Mei Fair. Having opened its doors on Grosvenor Square last summer, it’s celebrating its first sakura season in April with a ‘Hanami’ exhibition from photographer Rohan Shrestha, featuring images of Kyoto during cherry blossom season. There’s a special ‘Hanami Hako’ to try – an oak box filled with six dishes including steamed Chilean seabass with kuromame miso; Japanese wagyu with cherry nakitori; and a nigiri selection with unagi, chu roro and hamachi.
