Now, he’s bottled a selection of some of his most popular drinks including the ‘Bonfire Old Fashioned’ (Mr Lyan whisky, lapsang souchong and Mr Lyan cola bitters) and the ‘Spotless Martini’ (Mr Lyan gin, vermouths, distilled olive and distilled lemon). Mac & Wild
Mac & Wild delivers hearty Scottish dishes, ‘Venimoo’ burger kits and… pre-bottled cocktails. Its drinks roster includes the ‘Blackwatch Espresso Martini’ (Talisker 10 and a selection of high-quality coffee beans) and the ‘Bonnie Spritz’ (Haig Clubman whisky infused with rowan berries, lime and enhanced by Rosato vermouth, rhubarb, Peychaud’s bitters and a touch of agave). The award-winning bar teams at the Sun Tavern and Discount Suit Company are selling bottled cocktails, beer, cider, spirits via an online store. There are three classic cocktails – old fashioned, negroni and boulevardier – with each bottle containing four serves, ready to be stirred and enjoyed. Fun packaging makes these a good shout for parties and presents.

Deano Moncreiffe and Emma Murphy opened agave bar Hacha in Dalston last year, showcasing 25 tequilas, mezcals and lesser-known agave spirits. The bar fast became popular for its agave flights and one particular signature serve, the ‘Mirror Margarita’. Now this cocktail can be delivered in a 50cl bottle – equal to four large serves. Simply pour over ice and enjoy. For those after a sense of occasion, there’s also nationwide delivery of the aforementioned agave spirit tasting flights.

Lockdown Liquor & Co
Like the name suggests, Lockdown Liquor & Co was a swift response to the pandemic that's become a successful one. It’s now selling more than 1,000 bottles a week, with some proceeds going to NHS Charities Together. For £25 (plus delivery) you get a 500ml serve that’s good for four drinks. Right now there's a choice of three cocktails: fiery, tequila-based Picante; refreshing, gin-laced Pepino; and Pepino Ruso, which swaps the gin for vodka. The Proofing Room is a new cocktail delivery service from the team behind Milroy's of Soho. An imaginative menu offers ready-to-drink cocktails for free same-day, no-contact delivery in east London and the City, or across the UK within 48 hours. Customers can choose one of the bar’s signature serves for two or more, or keep it classic with a bottle of Hayman’s gin and the mixer of your choice. Keep an eye out for ‘Tastings at Home’, which offer whisky sampling for all levels accompanied by a live virtual tasting with one of the Milroy’s whisky experts.

Halo is a new drinks initiative that sees customers choose from classics such as a ‘Tommy’s Margarita’ or sip on summery new creations such as the ‘Rosé’ – a delicate mix of Provencal rosé, rum, rose liqueur, Cointreau, Pama pomegranate liqueur, rhubarb bitters and lemon. Every week, the team prepares, bottles and delivers cocktails across the nation. The team have done all the shaking and muddling for you, so all you have to do is chill, pour and serve.

SendANegroni.com is a new personalised delivery service from the team behind Porter’s Gin. It does what it says, helping you send a negroni anywhere in the UK. The pre-batched cocktails are sent in individual serving sizes with the option of including a message. Priced at £10 – which includes delivery – customers have a choice of ‘The Classic One’ using Porter’s Modern Classic gin or ‘The Tropical One’ using Porter’s Tropical Old Tom. The cocktails use Campari bitter and Baldoria Rosso, a new boutique vermouth from the award-winning team behind Little Red Door in Paris. Vacuum-packed at the Porter’s Gin micro-distillery in Aberdeen, they arrive prediluted and ready to pour over ice.

Wine and beer emporium Rebellious Goods is currently selling Astley Bros’ limited-edition premixed rhubarb negroni. A 1lt pouch blending Estate vermouth, Campari, Dispense amaro and rhubarb gin, the vessel just needs to be placed in the freezer one hour before serving. After something a little more unusual? Empirical Spirits – a distillery in Copenhagen – has brought out two canned cocktails. Can 01 leads with the acidity of gooseberry coupled with the smooth notes of milk oolong tea and the mild sweetness of toasted birch. Can 02 offers notes of walnut, zesty sour cherry, aromatic blackcurrant buds and lemony maqaw pepper. Sour and delicious.

Having launched in 2018, Cocktail Porter now delivers more than 500 cocktail boxes a month in its native Australia.
