Former Olympic speed skater Sarah Lindsay is the co-founder of Roar Fitness, a boutique training studio that specialises in both weight loss and body transformations – you’ll find branches in Bank, Liverpool Street and High Street Kensington. Responsible for honing some of the most famous physiques, Monique’s high-intensity method will build a strong, lean body. Dalton is the owner of TwentyTwo in Kensington and has over 20 years of experience in training everyone from Hollywood’s finest to the A-list. He has superhuman skills when it comes to getting clients into shape (he trained Jennifer Lawrence for her role in X-Men: First Class) but it’s his holistic methods that set him apart.
