Ingredients:
- 1 packet tenderstem broccoli
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp sweet miso
- ¼ hot water
- Sea salt
- Toasted sesame seeds, to decorate
Method:
- Trim broccoli and cook in a steamer for 5 mins
- Place all remaining ingredients into a blender - I used a NutriBullet - and whiz together. Taste and add more salt if required
- Plate the broccoli onto a dish and pour over half the dressing, keeping the reminder in a jam jar for another day
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
