Guests can get a taste of Spain at the open-air bar with a glass of the headline beer or a Spanish-themed cocktail. There are also tapas plates to choose from, plus a live DJ. A great option for catching up with friends or stopping off for a bite to eat after visiting Somerset House’s galleries, the terrace will be open until early October.

GET YOUR CULTURE FIX: Hay Festival

Hay Festival opens with an array of virtual events this week. From today until Sunday 6th June, dozens of authors and notable speakers will deliver talks and workshops. Look out for Malcolm Gladwell, ex-Bank of England governor Mark Carney, economist Daniel Kahneman and artist David Hockney. If you’ve got kids to entertain, morning sessions for children feature Baroness Floella Benjamin, David Walliams, Nadia Shireen and Joe Wicks. Tickets are free.
