THE PARTY SPOT
Straker’s Private Dining Room
Straker’s Dining Room is a new 24-capacity private hire and events space that’s right next door to the Golborne Road restaurant in Notting Hill. Anchoring the room is an original fireplace, while it’s central table looks into an open kitchen that’s visible through an archway, allowing diners to see every step of prep, cooking and service. There’s also a private bar, where bartenders can deliver menus of cocktails, aperitifs and no/low drinks to flow through each meal. Food menus are seasonal, and served family style – dishes could include the likes of lobster raviolo, beef carpaccio, seasonal game feasts and whole roasted turbot. The space will also see emerging chefs and established talent collaborate with the Straker’s team on a series of guest chef dinners.

THE WATCH
Hublot x Yohji Yamamoto
Since its debut at Paris Fashion Week in 1981, Yohji Yamamoto has redefined the conventions of fashion, using black as a response against excess and fashion's norms. Now Hublot and Yohji Yamamoto have come together for a fourth time, with the aim of redefining ‘the art of black’ with a limited 300-piece drop of their Classic Fusion Yohji Yamamoto All Black Camo. The watch’s matte black ceramic sculpts the 42mm case into light and depth, with a monochrome camouflage pattern adding rhythm and motion, while fabric and rubber fuse seamlessly on the strap.

THE SHOE
Saucony ProGrid Paramount
Saucony, the global performance running and lifestyle brand, has reintroduced the ProGrid Paramount, a silhouette with foundations in the brand’s performance archive. First launched in 2007, the ProGrid Paramount was designed around Saucony’s ProGrid cushioning technology to deliver responsive comfort and support. The tech remains at the core of the updated model. The new shoe features a breathable mesh upper with minimal synthetic overlays, supported by Arch-Lock medial support and a moulded TPU heel cup for stability and structure. Reflective details nod to the shoe’s technical origins. In a departure from Saucony’s traditional design, the Paramount does not feature the brand’s side river logo. Instead, there’s subtle branding on the heel and tongue label, reinforcing the understated aesthetic.

Blending rare archival imagery, elegantly photographed art bottles and immersive scenes from Mexican life, it celebrates tequila’s relationship with art, craft and innovation.
