THE HOTEL
St Clement
Potentially the London opening of the year, St Clement has begun to launch in stages at 180 Strand. First up in Soho House founder Nick Jones’s mega project is Café Clement, an all-day space with chef Danny Bohan leading the kitchen. Danny’s menu is rooted in 25 years of cooking alongside Rowley Leigh, Rose Gray and Ruthie Rogers, including 12 years as head chef at the River Café. We can confirm its south-facing terrace and garden square are both excellent places for his lobster omelette. Meanwhile, moody Bobbi’s Bar is now open until 3am. Lunette (the newest restaurant from Florence Knight), a health club and pool, all the hotel bedrooms and a dedicated Alex Eagle store (she’s responsible for the hotel’s striking design) will open in September.

THE COLLECTION
Adidas Objects of Legacy
Adidas Originals has created a refined Objects of Legacy collection exploring some of its most enduring silhouettes. Approached through an archival lens, the collection revisits classic designs with a focus on simplicity, restraint and longevity. Each silhouette draws from the understated codes of the Stan Smith to create a cohesive and elevated design language. The Stan Smith 80s are a meticulous 1:1 reissue of the 1986 model, featuring a shorter tongue, refined heel and premium soft leather construction. The BW Army is an understated 1970s training shoe, updated with a mix of smooth, cracked, and pebbled leathers with green suede overlays. Finally, the SC Premiere is a modern court-inspired design elevated with soft leather, a translucent tongue and subtle Trefoil branding.

THE HOLIDAY SHOE
Autry x Hotel Corazón
Autry has journeyed to the hills of Mallorca for its new summer capsule collection. Halfway between Deià and Sóller, within a historic finca between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean, Hotel Corazón is a 15-room property founded by British photographer Kate Bellm and Mexican artist Edgar Lopez. For its launch, Autry’s Sandy has been reimagined in three new colourways – ash rose, dark brown and warm sand – each inspired by the Mallorca retreat’s earthy palette and Mediterranean light. Intended to be worn as a backless slipper, the shoe fuses the upper of Autry’s iconic Medalist with the relaxed attitude of a traditional rope-soled silhouette. It’s crafted in unlined canvas with an ultralight construction, foldable heel counter and flexible cork and EVA outsole. The co-branded capsule collection also includes t-shirts, caps, bandanas and dust bags – all emblazoned with Hotel Corazón and Autry graphics.

THE WELLNESS LAUNCH
Tramp Health
Tramp Health has opened on Grosvenor Square. It arrives hot on the heels of Luca Maggiora’s much-lauded revival of the classic Tramp members club. Within this ecosystem, late nights now mix with early mornings to promote both connection and discipline. Sitting within the former US Embassy, Tramp Health has been brought to life by creative interior studio Tomèf. The design embraces spaces for movement, restoration and community: there’s a wellness café, an expansive gym and HIIT studios, alongside dedicated areas for Pilates, diagnostics, relaxation and IV therapy.

THE CAFFEINE BOOST
Da Terra x Difference Coffee
Two-Michelin-starred Da Terra is partnering with ultra-speciality roaster Difference Coffee to serve one of the rarest coffees ever offered in a UK restaurant. The collaboration centres around a nano-lot from Brazil’s celebrated Daterra Estate. With only 19kg available worldwide, the coffee comes from the sort of small-scale experimental production rarely accessible outside specialist circles. For Da Terra chef-patron Rafael Cagali, the project carries additional significance. The Brazilian-born chef has long drawn inspiration from his homeland, making this an opportunity to showcase a product that reflects both his heritage and his restaurant's emphasis on provenance. The flavour profile features notes of dark cocoa, dried stone fruit, and hints of citrus-like acidity, producing a mellow and round cup with a long finish.

THE ALL-DAY SPOT
Dorothy’s
Now open on Savile Row, Dorothy’s is a caffè, bar and restaurant from the team behind Foreign Exchange News, Sol’s and Pavilion Press. Inspired by the grand cafés of Vienna, Milan, Rome and Paris, it’s a day-to-night destination serving coffee and pastries in the morning, sandwiches and salads through the day, then aperitivo, cocktails and sharing plates in the evening. We love the attention to detail: the design features British oak burl panelling, Breccia Damascata marble, a mirrored ceiling, bespoke Service Projects tableware and uniforms created with SIRPLUS.

THE BOTTLE
The Macallan Romantica Collection
Luxury whisky brand The Macallan has unveiled the Romantica Collection, an exceptionally rare single cask release created to mark its centenary. Sir Peter Blake, Valerio Adami and Michael Dillon –artists who each created artworks for The Macallan 1926 – have reunited with new commissions. The Romantica Collection is limited to just 258 bottles (86 featuring each artist) from a single European oak cask, laid down in 1986 – the same year The Macallan 1926 was bottled. Bottled at 48.6% ABV, the single malt reveals a bright and vibrant character from the first moment. On the nose, notes of apricot conserve, canned peaches and bittersweet toffee unfold with growing complexity, enriched by crystalised ginger, gentle cinnamon, antique oak and a whisper of fragrant woodsmoke. Each label is signed by its artist.

THE CAPSULE
Rubato Yacht Club
Rubato is back with a second instalment of its popular Rubato Yacht Club collection, a compact capsule designed with summer weekends firmly in mind. The seven-piece range takes inspiration from classic sailing attire, reworking nautical staples through a contemporary lens. Highlights include a seersucker jacket, relaxed sailing shorts, lightweight trousers and a knitted yachtsman-style jacket, alongside accessories such as a tote bag and embroidered cap. As with the first collection, the pieces are smart enough for lunch on the harbour yet relaxed enough for days spent by the water, avoiding the overtly preppy territory that nautical-inspired collections can sometimes drift into. With linen, seersucker and lightweight knits forming the backbone of the capsule, it feels perfectly timed for the height of summer.
