THE COLLECTION

Todd Snyder For Woolrich Black Label

We’re continuing to take inspiration from Todd Snyder’s stint as global creative director of Woolrich Black Label. Showcased in Milan last month, his third collection comprises 60 styles that extend the American heritage label’s ‘Rugged Luxe’ storyline. For AW25 Snyder has combined technical outdoor silhouettes designed for extreme conditions with luxurious organic fabrics re-engineered to withstand the elements. Woolrich’s ethos is ‘Let Nature Be Your Muse’, and the stark, volcanic landscapes of the Nordic countries that inspired the collection are present in key styles, including tie-dyed glacier prints and a reflective update of the brand’s signature buffalo-check shirt.

THE STATIONERY

Ferrari X Montblanc

Montblanc’s latest collection is an homage to the legendary founder of Ferrari. The pens of the ‘Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Special Edition’ range incorporate car design elements and come in both the brand’s signature red and a striking yellow that references the colour of the city of Modena, where Enzo Ferrari was born and the company was founded. The silhouette of the pens are inspired by the design of the Ferrari 500 model, winner of the first Formula One World Championship for the Scuderia Ferrari in 1952.

THE OUTERWEAR

Barbour X J.Crew

The Barbour X J.Crew barn jacket launched last week and became an instant sell out. The limited-edition collaboration between the distinctively British and US brands reworks a J.Crew icon in Barbour’s four-ounce waxed cotton, complete with a corduroy lining. If you didn’t manage to get your hands on one, you can still take notes from the way @JCREWMENS is styling them…

THE WATCH

G-Shock Iconics Collection

Officially back on wrists of stylish men across the globe, G-Shock has added four new styles to its Iconics collection. These fresh watches reflect over 40 years of craftsmanship, born from Casio engineer Kikuo Ibe’s 1983 dream of ‘creating a watch that never breaks’ for athletes and adventurers. Among the new designs, our pick is the GA-2100RL-1AER, which pays tribute to predecessors while integrating cutting-edge G-Shock technologies. Its stainless-steel case and bio-based resin band replicate the look of the original, right down to the dimples and details. Other updates include a high-brightness LED backlight and 42.3mm case.

THE SANDWICH

Crunch Soho

Opening on the corner of Dean Street and Old Compton Street, Crunch is a sandwich shop to get excited about. The team has gained a cult following at Spitalfields over the past couple of years (they sell upwards of 15,000 sandwiches a month), but the new Soho site is its first permanent location – which means they are able to serve drinks and a breakfast menu for the first time. Each sandwich is made with homemade brioche-inspired bread, which is designed to hold firm against sauces and fillings. Our go-to? The Donald’s Duck – slow-cooked Gressingham duck leg, banana shallots, crispy onions and smoked apple sauce.

THE TRIP

Svalbard

The Norwegian travel experts of 62°Nord have launched the ‘Signature Adventure to Svalbard’, which explores the Norwegian archipelago north of the Arctic Circle. In one of the world’s most remote options for private travellers, visitors are encouraged to embrace the Norwegian spirit of pioneering discovery on a nine-day journey that teaches polar skills. Beginning with two nights at Storfjord Hotel, guests will explore the fjords of the Sunmore Alps and prepare for the adventure ahead, before boarding a private jet from Ålesund to Longyearbyen in Svalbard. From there, they will navigate the landscapes by dog sled and snowmobile, and can expect to encounter wildlife first hand, from polar bears to walruses, reindeer and seabird colonies – all during Northern Lights season.

THE SHOES

YMC X Grenson

This month sees London label YMC launch a unisex shoe in collaboration with heritage brand Grenson. YMC’s new creative director Sage Toda-Nation drew inspiration from its archives, revisiting a laceless sneaker design from the 1990s. The design adapts a Grenson oxford shoe, keeping the original silhouette with concealed lacing. The upper is polished bookbinder leather, with a wide tonal welt, thick sole and branded Grenson x YMC sock stamp. Available in black or oxblood, all pairs are made in England at the Grenson factory in Northampton.

THE MUSE

Tramell Tillman

Severance’s Mr Milchick has fast become the MVP of its second season – and that’s surely got something to do with his ’fits. Played perfectly by Tramell Tillman, the Severed Floor’s new manager has served looks in every episode so far. Fur collars, roll necks, Arran knits, leather bombers… Milchick’s 70s nods are both bang on trend and eye-catching among a sea of suits and business-casual looks. Off screen, Tillman has been impressing across NYFW. We especially loved this black-and-brown look, which he wore to the Todd Snyder show.

THE EVENT

Wild Kitchen X Carousel

Following the success of their summer series last year, Guy Ritchie’s Ashcombe Estate and Carousel have teamed up again to create a food-focused weekend away. On various weekends from May to July, guests are invited to stay on the Wiltshire estate for two nights at a time, with breakfast included. Before sundown on Saturday evening, guests will be driven down to New Lake in the estate’s gun bus, where they’ll spend the evening in the company of a guest chef, eating a series of dishes cooked over fire alongside matched wines, beers and cocktails. There’s also a sauna, wild swimming, and food and drink workshops from Carousel. This year also sees the addition of two suites to the six elegant farmhouse en-suite doubles, each designed in the style of a 19th-century New England shooting lodge.
