THE COLLECTION
Lacoste SS26
There was much to like at Paris Fashion Week, and we found plenty of inspiration within the Hall Eiffel at Lycée Carnot, where Lacoste transformed Hector Degeorge’s soaring 1895 glass-and-iron masterpiece into The Locker Room. Its SS26 collection embraces the locker room as “a liminal space suspended between the rush of triumph and the quiet reckoning of defeat”. Within this immersive environment, Lacoste’s creative director Pelagia Kolotouros explores the brand's athletic DNA in a fresh light, focusing on founder René Lacoste’s formative years. The colour palette nods to nostalgia for vintage sportswear, pairing vibrant orange and archival blue with sophisticated tones of taupe and olive green.
