Rouleur Classic LDN rolls off the starting ramp at Victoria House on the evening of Thursday 31st October. DRINK HERE: WINTER AT VINEGAR YARD

Ahead of the colder months, Vinegar Yard transforms into a covered, warm, winter-ready space this weekend. A 70s-inspired cocktail bar, Abigail’s, is launching and there’s a 30-seater pop-up restaurant overseen by street food specialist Nanny Bill’s. Both will sit alongside Vinegar Yard’s impressive line-up of street-food traders bringing the tastes and smells of Argentina, Persia, Italy and India to London Bridge. The main outdoor courtyard will be given over to a heated tent and a festooned garden.

GET IN FIRST HERE: ELECTRIC CINEMA WHITE CITY

In the BBC’s old Television Centre home, Electric Cinema White City opens this weekend. Much like its sister in Portobello, White City will have 44 mohair armchairs with cashmere blankets and footstalls, a bar serving drinks, pick ’n’ mix to nibble on, and artwork inspired by the building’s cultural heritage. Tickets are £20, with reduced prices on Mondays. For the first week (until 1st November) there will be 50% off all tickets.

VISIT A NEW GALLERY HERE: BURLEIGH STREET TOWNHOUSE

Burleigh Street Townhouse is Covent Garden’s newest gallery. Its second-ever exhibition opens this weekend in a Victorian townhouse that was the original office of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s publishers. Called ‘What Am I Doing Here?’ it features 16 of William Waterworth’s most characteristic photographs, as well as many other pictures, collaborative installations and short stories.

The largest collection of King Tutankhamun’s treasures ever to travel out of Egypt lands in Chelsea this weekend. More than 150 original artefacts belonging to the Golden Pharaoh will be on display, including his dazzling tomb and ornate gold shrine. Recently closed in Paris, the exhibition became France’s most visited of all time with over 1.4 million visitors. Once this exhibition finishes, the pieces will be shipped back to Egypt for good.
