Frieze London and Frieze Masters return to Regent’s Park with 300 galleries bringing contemporary art, emerging talent and plenty of big-name works to the capital. This year’s highlights include The Code Universe, exploring digital and post-digital culture, plus Artist-to-Artist presentations selected by major international names.

Tate Britain is going back to the decade of supermodels, Britpop and some of the most recognisable names in British fashion and art. Curated by former Vogue editor Edward Enninful, the exhibition brings together work by Juergen Teller, Nick Knight and Corinne Day, alongside designs by Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen and art by Damien Hirst, Gillian Wearing and Yinka Shonibare.

The London Film Festival celebrates its 70th year with 12 days of premieres, new releases, restored classics, shorts, talks, panels and parties across the capital. Andrew Scott and Olivia Colman’s Elsinore opens the festival, while Jesse Eisenberg’s The Debut, starring Julianne Moore, closes it. Between the two, there’s plenty to fill your time with.

Langan’s is turning 50 by doing things the old-fashioned way. For one day only, the Mayfair institution will rewind to 1976 – when Michael Caine co-founded it – serving nostalgic dishes and selected drinks at their original prices. There’ll also be entertainment throughout the day.

The British Museum turns the spotlight on Korea with a major exhibition spanning more than 2,000 years of art and culture. Ancient gold ornaments, Buddhist objects and celadon ceramics sit alongside ink landscapes and contemporary works, offering a broader look at the country’s history beyond its more familiar modern exports.

You don’t need a Frieze ticket to see Frieze Sculpture. Running alongside the main fair, Frieze Sculpture brings large-scale works by 11 international artists to Regent’s Park, turning the English Gardens into an open-air gallery. This year’s artists include Conrad Shawcross and Tarini Sethi.

The Savoy’s Beaufort Wine Bar is marking its latest chapter with an evening dedicated to very good wine. Head sommelier Romain Audrerie has put together a list of more than 250 wines from 18 countries, including rare and vintage bottles available by the glass thanks to Coravin. There’ll also be sharing plates and live music.
