What To Do This Weekend 10.12.25
Reset & Recharge
WellNest
WellNest’s two-hour ‘Fire & Ice Reset’ takes you through guided breathwork, heat therapy in a sauna, and a proper cold-water plunge – the kind that floods you with endorphins and focus. It’s all run by pros who keep the energy up and the breathing on track, so you actually get the benefits: reduced stress, faster recovery, and a head that feels clearer than it has all week. Finish with a herbal tea and a few minutes to decompress before heading back into the world.

This is where serious men come to find focus. Founded in 1841, the London Library is a quietly formidable members’ club for the mind, featuring five floors of leather-bound volumes, rolling ladders and dark-wood silence just moments from Piccadilly.
