Run To The Future

Paralympic champ Richard Whitehead and broadcaster-DJ Adele Roberts are hosting an inclusive running event this weekend. At the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Run To The Future is about encouraging and celebrating diversity in the running community. There’s a 2K route and a 5k route, both accessible to all regardless of ability. Plus, if you have an impairment or need someone to help you run, walk or push to the finish line, you can request a trained support runner to help you when you sign up. Entries cost £15 and will include chip-timed results, an event medal and post-race goodies.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Newham, E20 2ST; Sunday 15th September

Speak No Evil

James McAvoy is at his most terrifying in this Hollywood remake of a cult Danish thriller. Speak No Evil tells the story of an American family invited to spend a weekend in an idyllic British country house, where their hosts slowly become more and more psychotic. It's a boiling-lobster kind of psychological thriller – by the time the family realise what is going on, they are already in hot water. James Watkins (Eden Lake, The Woman In Black) is the director, so expect to be on the edge of your seat.

Tato X The Emory

Tato Giovannoni is founder of the acclaimed Florería Atlántico bar in Buenos Aires. He’s just taken over the Emory’s rooftop bar for a couple of months. Usually reserved for guests of the hotel, the bar is open to all for the duration of Tato’s stay. The space’s 360º city views make it an ideal spot for a sundowner. Signature drinks include the Negroni Balestrini, made with Tato's own Principe de los Apostoles gin, and a rotating ‘Bloody Mary of the Week’ featuring ingredients like cacao, red wine and mango. Guests can also enjoy a trio of Argentinian snacks, including Tato’s favourite king crab and prawn empanadas.

Old Barrack Yard, Knightsbridge, SW1X 7NP; until 5th November
