Trivet

Looking to start your week off right? Labombe Wine Bar at Trivet, the two Michelin-starred neighbourhood restaurant in Bermondsey, is now open on Monday evenings. The bar’s got a by-the-glass list from sommelier Isa Bal, complemented by bar bites from head chef Jonny Lake. Diners can enjoy wines from Isa's award-winning list alongside dishes like focaccia with salume rosa and farinata with onion and rosemary. Seasonal small plates include green asparagus with anchovy cream and scallop roe; and a hot tongue bun – brioche filled with braised angus x wagyu ox tongue, anchovy mayo, pickles and blackcurrant mostarda.

Kinds Of Kindness

Yorgos Lanthimos’ gothic fairytale Poor Things was a hit last year that cleaned up at the Oscars. For Kinds Of Kindness, the absurdist director has teamed up again with Hollywood star Emma Stone, as well as Joe Alwyn, Margaret Qualley, Hunter Schafer and Willem Dafoe. It’s an anthology-style film that drew critical acclaim in competition at this year’s Cannes film festival.
