WORK UP A SWEAT: BXR Park

Head down to Paddington Gardens where reigning heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua’s boxing gym BXR is taking over the space for outdoor sessions. Choose from boxing, cardio and core conditioning and strength classes, all put on by the club’s five-star team. Classes are held throughout the week for £20 per session (or six for £100), although BXR members get complimentary access until 17th May. Male Tears is a debut collection of stories that encompass 15 years of work by Benjamin Myers. He lays bare the male psyche in all its fragility, complexity and failure, hearing from farmers, fairground workers, gruesome gamekeepers, bare-knuckle boxers and ex-cons with secret passions.
