BOOK A TABLE: Kraft Dalston
Opening on Monday 17th May, Kraft Dalston brings together three brands: Germany’s Kraft Brewery, sustainable urban gin distillery Jim and Tonic, and modern kebab house Le Bab. Housed in apart-hotel Kingsland Locke, the space has a sustainably managed microbrewery and gin distillery and will see Le Bab expanding east for the first time, offering new slider-sized kebabs cooked on a wood-fired robata and served with homemade sourdough flatbreads. The menu includes the team’s signature paneer kebab, plus tasty meat options. On Friday and Saturday nights, diners can also enjoy live music from guest DJs.
