The Workouts

I love workouts that push you mentally as well as physically. Third Space and BXR are my go-to spots in London because the atmosphere is always strong and the sessions are intense. I’m really into HYROX-style training at the moment, so anything involving running, SkiErg, sled pushes and conditioning circuits is my kind of workout.

The Run Routes

One of my favourite run routes is through Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens early in the morning before the city gets busy. It’s peaceful, scenic and a good way to clear my head. Victoria Park is another favourite of mine because that’s where Vibe Tribe Run Club is based. The energy there is always good, and it’s become such a nice community to be part of. If I want something tougher, Richmond Park is amazing because of the hills and open space.

The Yoga Hub

Yoga has become a big part of my routine, especially for recovery and mobility. I like Hotpod Yoga because it’s a good way to switch off mentally as well as physically, especially after heavy training weeks or travelling.

The Spa

I’m someone who likes to properly disconnect when I need to unwind. A sauna, good food and staying off my phone for a few hours is ideal for me. Aire Ancient Baths is probably one of the best places in London for that reset feeling.

The Workout Gear

For clothing, I wear a lot of Gym King. They collaborated on the kit for my run club, plus the pieces are comfortable and work well whether I’m training or just out during the day. The Vivobarefoot Primus Lite is great for strength work and functional training because it gives you that natural grounded feel and helps with stability. For running, I love the Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 because it feels super responsive and lightweight, especially for faster runs and HYROX-style sessions. I also wear the Saucony Triumph on recovery runs because the cushioning is unreal.

The Wearables

For tracking, I mainly use a Garmin or COROS watch for my runs, and I also use WHOOP and Ultrahuman to track recovery, sleep and overall performance day to day.

The Supplements

I keep supplements pretty simple. Protein, creatine, electrolytes and magnesium are the main things I use consistently. I like Optimum Nutrition and Applied Nutrition because they’re reliable and easy to trust.

The Recovery Space

Recovery has become just as important to me as training itself. Ice baths, stretching and sports massages are all part of my routine now. Rebase Recovery is great because you can do everything in one place.

The Holistic Treatment

I’m really into anything that helps mentally and physically at the same time. I do a lot of breathwork using the Othership app, especially in the mornings or before bed to reset mentally and focus. Breathwork has genuinely helped me manage stress better and slow down when life gets hectic. I also prioritise infrared saunas and deep-tissue treatments because they help both physically and mentally.

The Post-Workout Spot

Joe & The Juice is always an easy option after training. I’ll normally go for a protein shake or fresh juice with eggs or something high protein but light.

The Grooming House

I like keeping things simple but consistent. Regular trims at Ruffians do that for me. Skincare-wise, I use products from L’Oréal, CeraVe, Kiehl’s and La Roche-Posay, depending on what my skin needs, and I regularly use ice rolling in the mornings, especially after early workouts or travel.

The Meeting Place

Soho House is probably my favourite place for meetings because it has a good atmosphere and always feels creative without being too formal. I also like quieter cafes around Mayfair like Everbean and Hideaway – they’re relaxed and good for more casual meetings or catching up on work without loads of distractions.

The Reset Destination

When I need a proper reset, I love going somewhere with sun, good food and a slower pace. Greece is one of my favourite places because it’s relaxing but still has great energy – I love Mykonos and Costa Navarino. Costa Rica is another place I love because of the nature and wellness side of it. The Retreat Costa Rica is amazing for properly switching off, resetting mentally and focusing on health and recovery.
