Beavertown Brewery Lazer Crush
This Beavertown IPA just happens to be alcohol free. Rather than brewing with small amounts of malt or dealcoholising after fermentation, for Lazer Crush the team used a clever strain of yeast that fully ferments the crisp pilsner malt without producing alcohol and adds a hint of peachy fruit. Thanks to some heavy-duty hops, the result is a 0.3% sip that tastes so much better than those awful 0.0% beers of yesteryear.
Berlin brewery Brlo is here to prove you can still have fun without alcohol. This year’s Naked launch is a non-alcoholic pale ale, mixing citra, mandarina bavaria and lemon drop hops to create earthy and herbal notes that perfectly balance the sweetness of the malt. Ideal for anyone wanting a heavy-hitting IPA without the hangover.
Tempest Sleight Of Hand Alcohol-Free Pale Ale
This Scottish brewery was founded in 2010 and is already well-loved for its Drop Kick non-alcoholic sour. Its latest brew is Sleight of Hand, a pale ale that also comes in at 0.5% ABV. Hop varieties include mosaic and citra, giving it that classic pale ale taste. Tempest also wins points for its excellent can designs.
Wignac comes from an estate in the Ardennes, France. The Wignacourt family name is now extinct, but four siblings – descendants of the Marquise de Wignacourt – have resurrected this historic orchard, protecting and promoting the region's biodiversity along the way. All three of its cyders are organic, offering punchy fruit-driven flavours, a light sparkle and dry finish.

Conker Coffee Liqueur
Conker has plenty of non-alcoholic offerings, but this here is an ideal booze replacement for anyone who loves espresso martinis. The good-looking bottle offers non-drinkers a satisfying balance of bitter and sweet, with notes of rich espresso punctuated by stoned fruits and vanilla. Its caramel finish lends itself excellently to a non-alcoholic martini. You don’t even need to fiddle around with your coffee maker to get that caffeine hit – just add water and ice.
At 6% ABV and nine calories per 25ml serving, Illogical Drinks adds just a splash of booze to its botanical bottle. Mary’s fresh, dry taste comes from sustainably sourced plants including basil, thyme, sage, coriander seeds, angelica roots, pine needles and juniper. A delicate green spirit, packing bright, zesty herbal flavours with a touch of fresh citrus, it works excellently with tonic.
Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence
Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence is full strength at 46% ABV, but you only need a tiny bit of it. It’s been specifically designed by Cotswold Distillery to reduce the amount of alcohol required in gin-based cocktails while retaining that traditional intensity of flavour. Made using ten times the botanical concentration of the distillery’s award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin, you get a huge amount of flavour per unit of alcohol, meaning just 5ml is needed for a full G&T that has one-tenth of the alcohol (around 0.23 units) of a normal serve. Just fill a copa glass with ice and add five full drops. Top with 200ml of your favourite tonic water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
Crossip is a non-alcoholic spirit made from botanical ingredients, offering a rich flavour, texture and body. It was designed for health-conscious people who want to enjoy their social life by industry veteran Carl Anthony Brown, a former regular on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. The drink currently comes in three flavours: Pure Hibiscus, Fresh Citrus and Dandy Smoke, which is an ideal whisky or rum replacement in your favourite cocktails. The brand gives 5% of profits away to charitable causes.
Maria & Craig's CBD Botanical Spirit
Maria & Craig’s is a recently launched non-alcoholic botanical CBD spirit from the husband-and-wife team behind Ceder’s distilled non-alcoholic alt-gin. This one blends premium broad-spectrum CBD from the US with distilled juniper, sage, camomile and orange blossom, and additional classic gin botanicals. Handcrafted in small batches, it’s best paired with premium tonic water and garnished with fresh orange peel.
Zeo Spiced Oak
Zeo was created by an indie start-up in collaboration with renowned bartender Simone Caporale, formerly of World’s Best Bar winner Artesian. A team of world-class mixologists spent three years researching the finest ingredients and techniques. The result is Zeo, a non-alcoholic spirit developed to mimic the flavour and mouthfeel of alcohol. There are two flavours: Botanical Dry and Spiced Oak. The former is a clear spirit made from nine botanicals, which mixes well with tonic and a lemon slice, as well as in cocktails such as a collins or classic martini. Zeo Spiced Oak, an amber-coloured spirit made from eight botanicals, can be enjoyed on the rocks, in cocktails such as an old fashioned, or simply served with a splash of cola.
Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
Bax Botanics produces alcohol-free spirits by distilling organic herbs, roots, berries and flowers in traditional copper stills. Its flavours currently include Sea Buckthorn (fragrant herbs, berries and Seville oranges create a complex, bittersweet fruit profile) and Verbena (lemon verbena, fresh herbs, menthol and fennel create dry, delicate floral and citrus notes). Each bottle contains no sugar, sweeteners or allergens, and there’s only half a calorie per 50ml serving.
Lyre's Non-Alcoholic American Malt
Lyre’s works with some of the world’s best sommeliers to produce non-alcoholic spirits that combine all-natural essences, extracts and distillates to match the aroma, taste, appearance and tell-tale burn of some of the best-loved spirits out there. Flavours in its collection include Amaretti, Italian Orange and Dark Cane, while classic drinks cabinet essentials such as Absinthe, American Malt and Coffee Originale all add a touch of realism to no-or-low cocktails.

Aside from its great taste, we like it for its lack of sugar and calories, plus it’s relatively low in caffeine, so you can pop a bottle whenever.
Wine expert Matthew Jukes has designed a luxe range of non-alcoholic drinks which offer the same perfume, mouthfeel and aftertaste of a fine wine. Great for this time of year is ‘Jukes 2’ – an autumnal red wine alternative. Made from a range of organic ingredients, the main flavour themes of this lighter red are built on the precise blending of cranberries, sour cherries, blueberries, pomegranates, red apples and raspberries with the addition of earthy vegetables, fragrant herbs and warming spices which evoke the smokiness of bonfires made from cuttings found in vineyards. Real is a cork-and-cage bottled, non-alcoholic sparkling ‘wine’. Produced in the Chiltern Hills, this fizz alternative can be delivered straight to front doors in 750ml bottles designed for sharing. Fermented using similar techniques to those of a sparkling wine, Real is made from loose-leaf teas, blended to produce two elegant drinks: the champagne-like ‘Royal Flush’ and ‘Dry Dragon’, which has notes similar to a sauvignon blanc. It’s so good, multiple Michelin-starred restaurants now stock it.
