Since it launched a year ago, Bistro Freddie has become the place to get a table – partly for its cool, old-school London dining room and partly for its smartly presented sharing pies and the best chips in town. Off the back of accepting his SheerLuxe London Restaurant & Bars 2024 Best Newcomer award, its founder Dom sat down with SLMan to talk about his business journey, favourite places to eat and what success means to him.
