My big break was when I was about 24 – I became the head of development for a big Canadian restaurant brand. By the time I was 31, I knew I could do it for myself.

The Maine is inspired by the summers I spent on the US East Coast. It’s all about serving crowd-pleasing brasserie favourites & great cocktails alongside live jazz.
