Directed by multi award-winning director James Macdonald (Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?), it stars Ben Whishaw (This Is Going To Hurt) and Lucian Msamati (Game Of Thrones). As you might know, the story is centred on Didi and Gogo who are waiting by a tree for a man called Godot. They don’t know why or when, but they are certain something wonderful will happen when he turns up…

Try A New Spot

Goodbye Horses

New to the Islington dining scene is Goodbye Horses, a wine bar and restaurant founded by Alex Young and George De Vos. Named after Q Lazzarus' cult song, the venue features a backdrop of vinyl albums from its extensive 2,500-plus library, played on a specialist audiophile sound system. Chef Jack Coggins (ex-Papi and Planque), brings sustainability, creativity and fun to a menu of sharing plates. Meanwhile, wine director Nathalie Nelles has curated a list emphasising French, Italian, and Catalonian natural wines, with over 20 by the glass and more than 300 by the bottle, thanks to a 1600sq ft cellar that will open to guests later in the year.
