What To Do This Weekend 09.08.23

Wondering what to do over the weekend? SLMan has you covered. From restaurant collabs to an immersive boxing show, here’s what to get stuck into…

Grab A Slice

Crisp Pizza

Finally, Hammersmith has a decent pizza joint. You might have seen Crisp Pizza doing the rounds on social media, but if you’re not already familiar, these are pizzas worth travelling for. Carl McCluskey took over The Chancellors pub a few years ago and has turned it into a destination for pizzas that are cross between a classic Neapolitan and NYC pie. Choose from toppings like pepperoni, buffalo mozzarella, mushroom, parmesan and ricotta. Diners can pre-book dough through the online ordering system which regularly sells out days in advance.

One Hundred Shoreditch

Hotel One Hundred Shoreditch is the place for cocktails and a boogie out East. From this week, it reintroduces Lobby Lates every Thursday and Friday, featuring a roster of DJs and £10 cocktails to kick off the weekend. This Friday, Donnie Sunshine will set the vibe with house and disco remixes. Plus, for the next six weeks, the hotel’s rooftop bar will host ‘Mr Lyan & Friends’ with mixologist takeovers each week. On Sunday 6th and Monday 7th August, Mr Lyan himself is laying on cocktails from his Lyaness bar.
