Seed Library x My Neighbours The Dumplings

Seed Library is making a name for itself as a great spot out east for chef residencies and fun pop-ups. This week, My Neighbours The Dumplings is taking its turn in the kitchen. For the next three months, diners can choose from wontons and dumplings stuffed with prawns, pork or mushrooms, topped with spring onions and served with chilli sauce. There’ll also be crispy turnip cake, loaded silken tofu with XO sauce, and smacked cucumber salad. Wash everything down with one of Mr Lyan’s inventive cocktails, like the ‘Soka Martini’ made with Porter’s Tropical Old Tom gin, Empirical Soka and Cocchi Dry.

Cheer On The Lionesses

The American Bar at The Savoy

The Women's World Cup kicks off tomorrow. To celebrate the tournament the American Bar at the Savoy has created a special drink: the ‘Homecoming’, made with Lion’s Botanical, Dry Vermouth, St Germain and Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé. The bar’s latest drinks menu is more generally inspired by the hotel’s little black cocktail book: the ‘Last Call’ made with Glenfiddich 21-Year-Old, walnut wine, chestnut liqueur, oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry; and the ‘Cardamon Angel Face’ with Ki No Bi gin, Eco Spirits Avallen calvados, apricot wine and cardamom cream soda. If you want to watch the action live, head to nearby sports bar Bonds Mayfair to cheer on the Lionesses.
