Get A Culture Fix

Email is Dead Exhibition at Design Museum

Modern day communication changed forever when computer programmer Ray Tomlinson sent the world’s first email back in the 70s. Today, Intuit Mailchimp opens an exhibition at the Design Museum to explore the history of email and its transformational powers. The free exhibition considers how email has shaped our lives, relationships, cultures and economies over the last 50 years – and how AI will infiltrate the tech space in the future. Bring the kids for the interactive displays, then take the ‘email personality test’ to discover what kind of emailer you really are.
