Grab A Bite

Heard

Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey has turned his attention to burgers – and London is all the better for it. His new smash burger pop-up has landed in Borough, promising a fast-food favourite done exceptionally well. The double-patty burgers are made with aged British beef, stacked inside butter-toasted roast potato buns, and paired with beef salt fries or a crunchy house salad. Expect bold flavours, from the smoky bacon jam burger to the Truffle Shuffle, and Jordan’s personal favourite: jalapeño hot honey with Ogleshield cheese, white onion, secret sauce and pickles. See yours off with low-intervention wines or craft beers from a local brewery.
