Meet The Boys
The Salusbury, Queen’s Park
Queen’s Park has a new local worth knowing about. The Salusbury is back under new ownership, with Tarryn Bingle (La Trompette, The Pem) in the kitchen turning out dishes like crab cacio e pepe, beef tartare with smoked bone marrow cream, and a wobbly custard tart. There’s a separate bar menu – think parmesan churros and scotch eggs – plus impromptu music nights and a not-too-serious vibe.
